Please don't worry. Firstly, please check your junk or spam folders in your inbox as sometimes our e-mails can end up in the wrong folders.
Secondly, when the booking was completed online, it should have provided you with your booking reference number. If you have this, along with the card you made payment with and photographic ID the team onsite will be able to locate your order and issue the tickets upon arrival.
If you have not received your email confirmation and you have not got your reference number, please notify our team here who will be able to assist you. Please provide us with your Billing address postcode, the Surname used for the order and the email address you used for your confirmation.
If all else fails, please click here to go back to the ticket page. Select ‘Menu’ in the top-left corner and select ‘Order Lookup’. Here you can enter your details to find any completed orders you have made
