Deaf visitors, guests with hearing impairments and users of BSL can bring an carer free of charge. The York Dungeon experience is largely delivered by actors and voiceover audio often in low lighting, so some deaf visitors, guests with hearing impairments and BSL users may not fully experience some elements of the attraction. We also provide a 'Impaired Hearing Guide'; we advise contacting us prior to your visit to arrange the use of a guide. Please contact: yorkguests@merlinentertainments.biz to arrange.
You will be required to purchase your tickets online for your party in advance to guarantee entry. You are able to receive a free carer ticket on the production of documentation.
Please note: All carer tickets must be reserved ahead of your visit alongside your main website booking. Where a carer option is not available within the ticket option you have selected, you can instead use the ‘open reservation’ ticket option to reserve your carer space(s).
